Our competitive swimming program is designed to help swimmers develop their strokes, enhance fitness, and prepare for competitive events. Trainings are held on Mondays and/or Wednesdays, with Dolphins training from 5:15 to 6:00 p.m., and Squad training from 5:45 to 7:00 p.m. Each session is structured to improve swimmers’ skills and performance, supporting their growth in SESA events and other competitive meets.
The South Eastern Swimming Association consists of Affiliated Clubs from Keith, Mt Gambier and Penola. SESA aims to run 6 Association meets during the year for SESA affiliated members. SESA meets consist of 3 different types of individual events at carnivals to enable swimmers of all ages and abilities to participate and be successful. SESA aims to provide a relaxed, fun carnival environment, but also give swimmers opportunities to gain qualifying times if required.
